Resident Director

Kansas Wesleyan University seeks candidates for Resident Director. The Resident Director is responsible for the overall management of a co-ed residence hall of 160 residents. Experience with campus life on a college or university campus required. Candidates need to possess skills in interpersonal communications, leadership, conflict resolution, the ability to work with diverse populations, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree required. Position is a part-time, live-in position.
