Visual Arts Major – 46 Credit Hours

Designed to prepare students for art careers or graduate studies in a specific medium. Please discuss with the department chair the opportunities available as some areas of concentration are dependent on the student’s interests and available faculty. Current areas of concentration are:

Combines focused studio abilities with an understanding of educational theory and practices, as they apply to teaching art in elementary and secondary schools.
