With KWU Orchestra Program, students have variety of opportunities perform and use their skills.
Kansas Wesleyan University Chamber Orchestra
The 30 piece Chamber Orchestra at KWU performs the highest quality of literature written for the orchestra. The ensemble rehearses weekly and performs on- an off-campus concerts.
Salina Symphony
Advance instrumental students have an opporutniy to perform with the Salina Symphony, 70-piece full symphony orchestra. The Symphony performs five subscription concerts and one opera.
KWU has been an influential part of higher education in North Central Kansas for more than a century. Founded in 1886 by the United Methodist Church, KWU welcomes students of all faiths.
KWU's primary goal is providing students with an excellent education in a caring Christian campus community. The university is uncompromising in its dedication to providing an atmosphere where students can mature and learn while taking responsibility for their own actions and lives.
