Through its covenant relationship with the United Methodist Church, Kansas Wesleyan University has provided a faith-based and values-centered education since its founding in 1886. The Office of Church Relations is responsible for cultivating relationships with the United Methodist Church and its congregations throughout Kansas and the region, as well as with those churches of other denominations in the area, to help us be in service to others and fulfill our mission to promote and integrate academic excellence, spiritual development, personal well-being, and social responsibility. Additionally, the Office of Church Relations coordinates Kansas Wesleyan University's Wesleyan Society.
