Future Gift Planning
You are here
Planned or Deferred Giving is an excellent way to make the most significant impact on our campus.
By making and documenting your future plans, Kansas Wesleyan can make plans also.
We encourage you to look at Ways to Give and review the many possible ways you can help KWU.
You may also contact one of the development officers in the Office of Institutional Advancement to assist you further.
If you have already made arrangements to give to KWU from your estate, we would like to know!
All those who have contributed to KWU through a deferred gift are members of The Heritage Society.
You may also go directly to the Donor Calculations page to design your gift and check for tax benefits.
Pictured above left is Glenn L. Martin, a former KWU student who received an honorary KWU P.H.D. of Law in 1933. Martin established the first ever endowed fund with $115,000 in 1940. Martin later left an estate gift of $100,000 in 1955 upon his death and an additional $300,000 in 1974 through a life estate gift.
