KWU signs Jason Kinder to letter of intent

Kansas Wesleyan Cross Country and Track coach Jeff Barker announces the signing of Jason Kinder to a letter of intent.

Kinder, who has been at Allen County CC (Kan.) the last two seasons under the direction of coach Kevin Coch, recently finished eleventh in the 5000m, running a 17:27, at the NJCAA Region VI Indoor Championships at Ahern Fieldhouse in Manhattan. He also finished 14th in the 3000m, running a 10:02.

Before Allen, Kinder prepped at Anderson County High School in Garnett.

He is the son of Richard and Tuk Kinder of Garnett.
