Jessica Brooks signs with Kansas Wesleyan

Jessica Brooks has signed a letter of intent to cheer for Kansas Wesleyan University starting in 2008-09.

Brooks is currently a senior at Abilene High School in Abilene.

KWU Cheer coach Sharon Callaway said that Brooks has exceptional skill and will be an asset to the team next season.

"I am really looking forward to having Jessica on our team,” she said.

“Jessica attended a practice with us during our 2007 football season and really impressed us with her talent. Her stunting skills are above and beyond a lot of cheerleaders her age.  She will be an enormous asset to our squad next year. Jessica is very positive, energetic, and driven.”

Kansas Wesleyan is a member of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC), a group of ten independent institutions all located within the state of Kansas. The KCAC is a member conference of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
