Football players pull HUMVEEs as part of Spring Training
By: David Toelle, KWU Sports Information

Members of KWU's offensive and defensive lines pose with the HUMVEEs after finishing the competition to wrap up spring workouts

Members of the Kansas Wesleyan football team got together to wrap up their spring training by pulling Army HUMVEEs on Thursday afternoon at Martin Stadium.

In an event similar to what is seen in a World’s Strongest Man competition, members of Wesleyan’s offensive and defensive lines were connected with a harness to the vehicles and raced down the side of Martin Stadium.

“It was a great way to finish the spring workouts,” assistant coach Louis Neal said.
