Coyotes sweep McPherson to remain unbeaten in conference play

Heather Muilenburg scored both goals for the women, and Jose Garay and Mario Rodriguez each had a goal and an assist for the men as the Kansas Wesleyan soccer teams capped Homecoming 2008 with a sweep of McPherson on Saturday night at Salina Stadium. The Coyote women won 2-1 in overtime, while the men pitched their third straight shutout with a 4-0 win. (more info...)

Coyotes fall in three sets to Bethel Kansas Wesleyan wrapped up its first round through the Kansas Conference with a three set loss to Bethel College on Thursday night inside Muir Gymnasium. "I was scared, personally, that we'd play down to their level, no offense to them," Raught said. "But we came out here and played like we know how to play." Did they ever. Volleyball hangs tough, but drops three set decision to Friends A very talented group from Friends University entered Muir Gymnasium on Thursday evening, and the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes played well, but could not get over the hump, as Wesleyan lost 20-25, 22-25, 20-25 to the Falcons.
