PRACTICE AND WARMUP TIMES
Schools wishing to have practice time on the floor in Hahn Gym will need to contact Bethany College to schedule a time. After the games have started, teams will be allowed to shoot at halftime of the game previous to theirs. We will try to keep the games on schedule as close as possible. We will give no less than 20 minutes of warm-up time between games; otherwise the clock will be set to start the next game at its scheduled start time.
MEDIA INFORMATION
KWU will be providing full statistical services for each game. Halftime box scores will be available at halftime at each game. At the conclusion of each game, a full report including box score, leaders report and play by play will be available. Final box scores can be emailed in PDF or HTML format after the games and will be faxed each night after we return to Salina via the KWU fax broadcast. If you have special fax number requests, please email them to me. We will also be webcasting all eight games using the CyberSports Basketball webcast. You can find the webcasts on the CyberSports website at www.cybersportsusa.com. There are two phone lines available for radio teams to broadcast the games, and there is wireless internet connection available in Hahn Gym.
