Softball signs two more for 2009

Kansas Wesleyan Softball announces the signing of two more student athletes for the 2009 season.
Megan Novotny, from Arvada, Colo., will play for Kansas Wesleyan next season. She is currently a senior at Arvada West High School, playing for coach Tony Worth. She is a pitcher, and can also play third base and outfield.
She is the daughter of Kelly and Jeff Novotny.
Kelsi Wetzel, from Mart, Texas, will play for the Coyotes next season. Wetzel is currently a senior at Mart High School, where she plays short stop, second base, third base and outfield for coach Darrell Lehmann. She was named as the 2007 Offensive MVP, and was named to the Super CenTex Team in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
She is the daughter of Tina and Gary Wetzel of Mart, Texas.
Kansas Wesleyan University is a member of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference, a group of ten small colleges around the state of Kansas, and is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
