ARTS 248 Art in the Elementary School -- 2 Credit Hours

Special Education

Through cooperative arrangements with other member colleges in the Associated Colleges of Central Kansas (ACCK), a student may meet an added endorsement requirement for teaching special education in the following areas: Adaptive at the elementary and secondary levels or Early Childhood Special Education. Candidates who wish to have an endorsement in special education must first have a license in elementary or secondary education. The special education courses are offered primarily at the ACCK center located in McPherson, Kansas. Enrollment in these courses is made with the registrar at Kansas Wesleyan University.
