Sixth Annual Health and Wellness Fair

You are invited to the sixth annual student-run Health and Wellness Fair at Kansas Wesleyan University from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday April 27, 2016. Admission is free. The public is invited.

FUN ACTIVITIES: FITNESS CLASSES, INFLATABLE OBSTACLE COURSE, MUSIC, FREE GIVEAWAYS AND TRIALS, NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, AND INTERACTIVE EVENTS

OUTDOORS

Mini Farmers Market provided by:
- Prairieland Food Co-op/Market Organic and Local Food: jams, jellies, locally raised and made beef jerky and "Power Balls" (healthy and tasty snack), and more 
- Whispering Cottonwood Institute (Kirk Cusick, director of KWU’s Ecospheric Studies and Community Resilience major): farm produce

NEW THIS YEAR! Activity – “Get Active” – 11:45 a.m.–noon - On the grass in front of the Student Activities Center 
Natalie Ray, YMCA Fitness Trainer, will lead a light and simple physical activity to get everybody moving.
