If you think the only difference between a public and private university is the price tag, think again. The bottom line cost between the two may vary only slightly when you factor in financial assistance. That’s the way it is at KWU – where grants, scholarships and other funds can bring tuition cost in line with that of a state university.

If the cost at a public or private university is much the same, there the similarity ends. Public institutions can’t come close to providing many of the benefits that characterize Kansas Wesleyan University. At KWU, professors get to know you personally and care about your success. Thanks to small classes, you can look forward to lively discussions and individualized instruction. A close-knit campus community gives you the opportunity to be known and to make a name for yourself. Still, those are only a few of the benefits.

The small amount of time it takes to apply for financial assistance translates into big dividends. For all you receive in return, it’s well worth the effort.
