KWU Choir Returns from Tour to Perform at UUMC

The KWU students return from Choir Tour and will perform a home concert on Tuesday, March 26. The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the University United Methodist Church located on 1509 S. Santa Fe.

The concert will consist of the KWU Philharmonic Choir, the Wesleyan Chorale, and the Handbell Choir. Both the Philharmonic Choir and Chorale are directed by Ken Hakoda. KWU student, Melanie Mann conducts the Handbell Choir. Leslie Mangrum is the Assistant Director and Judy Weber is the Accompanist. 

Songs performed will include: “The Longest Time,” “Animal Crackers,” “Rain Come Down,” “Beautiful Savior,” and more. 

The concert is open and free to the public. Refreshments will be served following the concert. 

The Philharmonic Choir consists of Hannah Antholz, Cody Blaha, Kathryne Boyle, Chiton Brinson, Emily Cain, Sarah Draget, Chelsea Hanks, Rachel Holzmeister, Anna Hornbaker, Chelsey Kohman, Brittany Jeffery, Tyler Jones, Lindsay Jones, Alyssa Lane,  Rebecca Lyne, Melanie Mann, Wilma Manzano, Keighley Miller, Josh Nelson, Christina Quathamer, Kaitlyn Rodie, Alexys Sadler, Eric Schwerdtfager, Kristen Vaughn, Shelby Westfahl, Zhichen “Will” Liu, Ryan Wilhite, Amanda Wilson, Jaicee Wilson, James Winston, and Jessica Wolz.
