Kansas Wesleyan University and the Kansas Wesleyan University Foundation both cycle fiscal years of July 1-June 30.
Each year the university undergoes an audit by a third party in August and final documents are prepared in September.
The Board of Trustees of the University approve the report each October for final publication.
