Blood drive set for March 30 at KWU

Kansas Wesleyan University will host a blood drive from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. March 30 in McAdams Student Center.

Those persons wishing to participate are asked to schedule an appointment by calling Bev Cobb at 827-5541 ext. 1160. Walk-in participants also are welcome.

According to Terri Johnson, Associate Professor of Nursing and chair of the KWU blood drive, giving blood is safe and easy. All blood types are needed, especially type O, which can be given to almost anyone in an emergency, Johnson said.
