Our heart is that place inside us that
defines who we are, what we believe, how we decide, and which
direction we take others. It is where wisdom is birthed and
the ability to enjoy life begins. Our heart is where our deepest
passions reside and most meaningful dreams originate. Our
worship of God flows from the heart and it is where we carry
the people we love. Our best performance tends to flow from
the heart. Too many leaders only pay lip service to growing
their hearts, developing character, and becoming more worthy
leaders. And, as a result, an erosion of leadership impact
occurs.
The Leadership of the Heart training will
strengthen the hearts of leaders. When this happens, everyone
wins. In this training, the specific characteristics of authentic
leadership are considered and each attendee will be aided
in building a leadership style that begins on the inside of
his or her life and works outward to the people they lead.
Dan Webster is an author, teacher, communicator,
mentor, and founder of Authentic Leadership, Inc. He has more
than 30 years of experience working with leaders from all
walks of life, including CEOs, executives, teachers, youth
workers, pastors, and heads of non-profit organizations.
