RSVP: Both graduates and faculty must RSVP¬† by December 1 to [email protected].

Eligibility: Confirm with your academic advisor and the Registrar’s Office (K-Dub Hub, PH 285) by November 1.

Photos: A professional photographer will take a picture of each graduate as they walk across the stage. Please note that all available photos will be posted on the KWU Facebook page in the days following the ceremony. In addition, the photos will be available on a reputable photo sharing site as well. This exact link will be available on the KWU social media outlets multiple times once finalized.

Livestream: The ceremony will be livestreamed at https://www.kcacnetwork.com/kansaswesleyan/. A precise link will be available at that page near the time of the ceremony.

Diplomas: Diplomas for December graduates will be mailed in January.
