We are so excited that you have decided to visit our campus. We can’t wait to show you what Kansas Wesleyan University has to offer! Please schedule your visit at least seven days in advance to allow time for the proper scheduling and planning.

We will be sending you a confirmation email. The Admissions team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your visit request has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email during that time, you are strongly encouraged to reach out to our main office email at [email protected].

HOLIDAY UPDATE: With the holiday season upon us, we want to remind visitors that campus will be closed and visits unavailable the following dates:

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 26 – Nov. 30. No Dec. 1 visits will be accepted after Monday, Nov. 24

Winter Break: Dec. 20-Jan. 4. No visits for Jan. 5 or Jan. 6 will be accepted after Wednesday, Dec. 17.

    9AM – 3PM. Please note that depending on faculty availability, the Admissions staff may suggest a day/time to facilitate the best experience possible.
