Minor Option

KWU introduced a minor in Data Analytics for the Fall 2025 semester, opening the door for students to study in an emerging field. Careers in the field range from actuary to process analyst to a career in banking or business. If this sounds like the right fit for you, join the Math, Physics and Computer Science department and become a part of this program!

Why Get a Minor in Data Analytics?

A Data Analytics minor teaches students how to collect, interpret, and communicate data to solve problems and support decision-making. Students gain experience with analytical tools, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.

Organizations increasingly rely on data to guide strategy and operations. This minor complements any major and equips students with skills that are in high demand across business, healthcare, sports, education, government, and nonprofit sectors.
