The latest production from KWU Theatre, "Little Shop of Horrors", will be performed this week in Fitzpatrick Auditorium. Opening night is Friday at 7:30 p.m., with performances Saturday (7:30 p.m.) and Sunday (2 p.m.) to follow.

Kansas Wesleyan announced Tuesday that it will honor the history of education in Salina with a new scholarship. Children and grandchildren of Marymount College alumni will be eligible for a 50% tuition scholarship. The scholarship applies to new full-time, on-ground, on-campus undergraduate students beginning in the fall of 2021.

Kansas Wesleyan University has announced Katelin Keough, a transfer from Hesston College, as the winner of the first Dr. Rebecca Chopp Scholarship Competition, contested virtually in early March.
Keough (Albany, Ore.) intends to major in Communications and will join KWU this fall.

Famous Greek physician and Father of Medicine, Hippocrates, once said, “Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity.”
Even if Hippocrates had not referred to medicine as art, it is irrelevant to Kansas Wesleyan University alumna Meriah (Forbes) Moore. She possesses an undeniable passion for both.

Kansas Wesleyan University’s Debate and Forensics team capped its 2020-21 season March 25–28 with a spectacular performance at the National Christian College Forensics Invitational (NCCFI), a national competition centered around Christian educational institutions. The team won three individual national titles and finished third in the team standings.

Kansas Wesleyan University’s Nursing program has been moved to full approval by the Kansas State Board of Nursing (KSBN), following a vote taken by the Board Wednesday morning, March 24. The vote, which is effective through 2023, gives KWU’s program full accreditation and approval, without conditions, from all necessary governing bodies effective immediately.
